Registration & Transfer Forms - it starts with your AQHA registration papers
When registering a horse, you MUST provide a copy of the front and back of the AQHA registration certificate along with the FQHR registration application. Additionally the 6 generation pedigree from AQHA is needed. ALLBREEDPEDIGREE is not an authoritative source. The additional fee for FQHR to obtain that information is $20 if you don't want to do it yourself.

We MUST have copies of the front and back of your AQHA papers and other pedigree info you may have, along with the FQHR Registration you'll download and complete. Simply attach all pages to an email or mail in the PDF documents at left. You can select the corresponding payment options and conveniently complete your payments through PayPal. If FQHR has to track down your AQHA information it will cost an additional $20.
